Did you get your pictures taken yesterday? Did you enjoy going on the photo scavenger hunt? Why do you think I had you take those types of pictures?

Yes I got my pictures taken yesterday! I liked going around the school and searching for the perfect picture! I think you had us take these pictures to have us experiment with angles and techniques to get our creativity level up!

Welcome back! How was your Spring Break? Tell me all about it. You've been out of school for 10 days so I know you will have plenty to share. Make it good!

My spring break was fabulous! I didn't go anywhere tropical so I started off spring break by getting a spray tan with Morgan. I then left for Wisconsin with my dad to see relatives. After we got back, my mom and I left for Texas to do some college tours! I saw TCU, Baylor, and OU. My best friend Sam, who goes to school at Rockhurst, went with us! Sam loved SMU, while I loved Baylor! Sic em Bears!

Prepare yourself... I want you to really THINK about this blog post. I mean really use your brain. What is the significance of an infographic? What is the point of pairing graphics and information together? What impact can this have on a reader or viewer. EXPLAIN.

The significance of an infographic is to relay information in a fun and interesting way! Colors and pictures are used to catch the readers eye, as well as their attention. Graphics and information being paired together does the exact same thing! Big bold lettering will stay in the readers mind and cause them to think. A lasting impression is the goal of an infographic so the reader spreads awareness of the topic.

If you had the option of writing a 3 page paper or creating an infographic - which one would you choose? Explain yourself.

I would choose an infographic because I really enjoyed making our global issue infographic! I love bold colors and making a serious topic a fun one!
